By default, Sky Creator adjusts the exposure of our scenes automatically, and a bit too abrupt. Pitch black night time scenes are being regulated as if it’s the middle of the day and vice versa, which is not great out of the box.
There’s an easy way to disable the exposure settings in Sky Creator altogether, and override them with a basic Post Process Volume. Let’s take a look how to do that.
Disable Sky Creator Exposure Settings
In the Sky Creator Blueprint, find the Post Process category and disable “use exposure settings”.

Using your own Post Process Volume
Sky Creator’s post process has a priority of 100. To use our own, its priority needs to be higher, let’s set it to 150 for example. This is on your own Post Process volume:

Don’t forget to set it to “infinite extent” so that its active across the whole level.
